University of Essex Santander Masters Scholarship 2013

Overview
Ten scholarships of £5,000 each, funded by Santander Group, are available for taught Masters study at Essex for 2013-14. The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic merit, to students who would not otherwise be able to take up a place at Essex. Applicants must reside in one of the following “Santander Universidades” countries:

Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Germany, Mexico, Peru, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Russia, Singapore, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay, Venezuela.

Applicants must hold an offer of admission to a one year full time Masters programme in any subject by the closing date of 31 May 2013; the offer can be unconditional or conditional. Application forms and further details are available on our website.  Applications will only be submitted to the selection panel if the applicant meets the eligibility criteria and holds an offer of study for a taught postgraduate place by the closing date of 31 May 2013. We will use the information you provided on your original course application and your scholarship application to select the successful scholars. The final selection is made by a panel of academic and administrative staff of the University of Essex. Successful candidates will be notified by 1 August 2013.
