The Western Canada Chapter of the International Society of Explosives Engineers is
pleased to offer the Patrick McLaughlin Memorial Scholarship to assist the close relative
of a member of the Chapter with their post-secondary education. The awarded funds are to be applied towards the following items; tuition fees, parking passes at the educational institute, student union fees, course books, course software, moving expenses, residence fees and school supplies including but not limited to computers and tablets.
Eligibility
The award will not be limited to students taking courses having a possible connection to the explosives industry (e.g. mining or civil engineering) but will be available for any type of course at a recognized university or college.
