Brief Description: The Institute for Transport Studies (ITS), University of Leeds is offering scholarships funding 50% of the tuition fees (each worth £3,250) to UK/EU students, due to funding restrictions, who undertake one of the following Transport Masters degrees on a full-time basis.
- MSc Mathematical Modelling for Transport
- MSc Sustainability in Transport
- MSc Transport Economics
- MSc Transport Planning
- MSc Transport Planning and the Environment
- MSc (Eng) Transport Planning and Engineering
Eligibility and Criteria: You must first hold an offer (conditional or unconditional) of an academic place on an ITS Masters programme for the academic year commencing September 2016, and be designated by the University as being of UK/EU fee status due to funding restrictions. All applications will be assessed on a competitive basis. A scholarship award cannot be deferred and will lapse if not accepted in September 2016.
Application Instruction: Please submit an ITS scholarship form, including a statement of 500 words on how a Masters degree would enable you to make a difference to transportation (e.g. in your country, region or area) and specifically to tackle a significant problem or issue to firstname.lastname@example.org by 7th July 2016.
