The University of Bedfordshire is pleased to be able to offer a full-time PhD scholarship supported by The Steel Memorial Bursary Fund in one of the two subject areas outlined below. The scholarship will cover tuition fees and the bursary per annum.

Term: Bursary will commence on the 14 October 2013, initially for two years for the MPhil stage with a further year for PhD completion, subject to satisfactory progress.Â The studentship is for three years and is only available for UK and EU candidates.
- A good first degree in a relevant discipline.
- Masters degree in a subject related to the project (desirable).
- Applicants need to submit a 500 word proposal setting out how they would approach the proposed subject area as a PhD study.
