The Faculty of Science, Engineering and Computing at Kingston University London is pleased to invite applications for in excess of 15 funded full-time PhD studentships, starting in October 2013. The studentships will be awarded to the highest quality candidates and will support research in key areas to support the Faculty’s strategic research objectives. The projects are interdisciplinary and interested candidates are invited to follow this link for a list of project descriptions:

Candidates interested in a particular project are invited to communicate with the proposed Director of Studies for each project for further information, whose contact details will be available from the link above.

Stipend: £14,400 pa plus UK/EU fees (due to funding restrictions overseas candidates would need to demonstrate that they can fund the difference in fees, currently £7,750).

Interviews will take place between 20-23August 2013 until the positions have been filled.

*International students will need to demonstrate English language competence through a qualification equivalent to IELTS at 6.5 grade overall, with a minimum of 5.5 score in each component part (reading, listening, speaking, writing).
