MRes Scholarships Animal Behaviour & Evolution and Human Behaviour



Project information
The Centre for Behaviour and Evolution (CBE), offers up to three £1000 Scholarships each academic year for the top applicants to Newcastle University’s two Research-Masters’ programmes: Animal Behaviour and Evolution and Human Behaviour.

Eligibility
Any applicant who is not already fully funded is eligible to apply for these scholarships. Applicants must have already completed an application to the relevant MRes programme and have received an applicant number. Please check Newcastle University’s postgraduate application website for details of how to apply for a postgraduate programme.

How to apply:
In order to apply for one of these scholarships, please write a statement of no more than 1,000 words that answers the following question:

‘Why do you want to study the degree for which you are applying? Please include both past experience and future aspirations.’

This statement should be sent via email by clicking on the Apply button below. The e-mail should also include your name (the same name you used to apply for the MRes) and your applicant number.

The successful candidates will be notified before the end of July and awarded their scholarship after they have fully registered for the relevant MRes degree.
