Graduate School Funded Places 2013/2014 PGT Funded Places



The Graduate School of Glasgow School of Art is inviting applications to its prestigious postgraduate taught programmes for which it has received additional funding from the Scottish Funding Council. There are currently 30 additional full fee-waiver funded postgraduate taught places in specific programmes for entry in September 2013. These places are open for applicants domiciled in Scotland and in the European Union. The SFC funding is for tuition fees only.  

GSA has a distinctive specialist research culture which is widely recognised internationally. The generation of new knowledge and understanding through creative practice, scholarship and criticism in Design, Fine Art, Architecture and related fields is central to the concept of research. Our researchers include artists, designers, architects, historians and critics of world standing.  All GSA degrees are validated by the University of Glasgow, a Russell Group institution in the top 1% of the world’s universities. 

Eligible programmes are:

  • MDes Fashion & Textiles
  • MDes Design Innovation & Citizenship
  • MDes Design Innovation & Environmental Design
  • MDes Design Innovation & Service Design
  • MSc International Heritage Visualisation
  • MSc Serious Games Development
