China Agricultural University (CAU) Scholarship

The Project:

In view of the ongoing constructive discussion between UEA and China Agricultural University, the School will consider offering up two international scholarships equal to 50% fees to academically outstanding applicants from China Agricultural University who have received an offer on the MSc Economics, MSc Experimental Economics or MSc Industrial Economics and who have an average mark of at least 85%. These scholarships cannot be cumulated with other UEA scholarships.

Any eligible applicant, who has received an offer on the MSc Economics, MSc Experimental Economics or MSc Industrial Economics by 28 April 2014, will be considered for this scholarship. No separate application is necessary.

The School offers a diverse range of taught postgraduate study opportunities including MSc courses designed?to provide intensive research-led training in advanced economic theory, econometrics and research methods and MA courses designed to provide training in new and vocationally attractive skills in economics.

Students also benefit from close?collaboration with research conducted by the?ESRC Research Centre for Competition Policy?- one of the University’s Research Centres working at the forefront of policy debates in competition economics at international level, with senior advisory links with the European Commission, the UK Office of Fair Trade and the UK Competition Commission. Students are encouraged to attend the Centre’s workshops, seminars and conferences.
