Post Summary

Applications are invited for PhD studentships within Prof Padraic Fallon’s translational immunology research group in Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. Studentship’s will be available from September 2013 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Standard Duties of the Post

  • Research projects will be on innate and adaptive immune regulation during inflammatory diseases using transgenic and mutant mice, as well as human studies using samples from patients with inflammatory disorders. 

Person Specification

Qualifications

  • Applicants must hold a biological sciences degree and have an excellent academic record, with at least a 2.1 class honors degree.

Knowledge & Experience (Essential & Desirable)

  • Previous research experience or a postgraduate qualification is desirable.
