Parkview Health Corporate Scholars Program
The Parkview Health Corporate Scholars Program’s target is to provide five (5) renewable scholarships to students of color who reside in Fort Wayne, Indiana USA. This is part of the United Negro College Fund . Preference will be give to students interested in pursuing a career within Healthcare Management.
Eligibility for the Parkview Health Corporate Scholars Program
Applicants for the Parkview Health Corporate Scholars Program must;
- Be a member of an underrepresented minority who is a resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana;
- Be currently high school seniors or high school graduates who are planning to enroll or enrolled as a first year student at any UNCF member institution, other HBCU, or any other accredited four-year institution beginning Fall 2017;
- Maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale;
- Plan to major in accounting, human resources, organizational leadership and development, sales, business, economics, marketing, communication, finance, Physical Therapy Assistant/Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant program or degree, Healthcare Administration;
How to Apply for Parkview Health Corporate Scholars Program
Interested applicants must submit the online application with a current official high school transcript, a letter of recommendation from a teacher, a one-page personal statement of students’ career goals and specifically explaining why they should be considered for the Parkview Health Scholarship
