MSc studentship in Chemistry – Catalysis



The Cardiff School of Chemistry is pleased to offer a number of studentships for students studying the MSc in Catalysis. The course will provide training in the state-of-the-art of catalysis theory, application, preparation and analysis and is recommended for graduates in chemistry or chemical engineering wishing to pursue a career in academia or industry.

This is for the taught MSc Catalysis course and not for PGR research projects

Start date: 1 October 2013

Funding

The Studentship will include full tuition fees. An additional stipend will also be offered to outstanding candidates, at the following levels:

  • Applicants with a 1st class degree will receive a stipend of £4,000
  • Applicants with a 2:1 class degree will receive a stipend of £3,000
  • Applicants with a 2:2 class degree will receive a stipend of £2,000
