Terms of the studentship
The Florence Hilda Yates Studentship is offered, through competitive application, to one student accepting a full-time place on a PhD or a taught Master’s programme within The International Centre for Music Studies at Newcastle University and who will begin their studies in September 2013.

The studentship is offered for one year in 2013 and will be awarded as a bursary towards tuition fees. Applications are open to candidates of any nationality.
