The Canadian International Development Agency Scholarships  award is restricted to countries with which Canada has established a bi-lateral agreement. Interested students should contact the ministry or department concerned with study and training in your home country.

These scholarships exist, every country that has a bi-lateral agreement with Canada has these scholarships

• Eligible: Canadians and candidates from various developing countries.
• Value: Living allowance plus tuition, fees, and travel ($25,000)
• Deadline: February 12 and September 3 every year
• Address: Ministry of Education in candidate’s home country
