Students interested in Agricultural exchange program abroad are invited to apply for scholarship. This program is sponsored by AgriVenture Global and the International Agricultural Exchange Association (IAEA). The 4-H Canada is pleased to announce a $3,000 scholarship will be awarded to one student nationally, to be used toward an AgriVenture travel and work program.
Applicants can choose a placement in Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand or Japan. To learn more and apply, refer to the documents listed below, and visit www.agriventure.com for more information.
AgriVenture provides:
-Choice of host country, type of placement, and travel date
-A guaranteed job on an agricultural, horticultural,
viticulture, or equine operation
-Full room and board provided by a host family
-Return airline tickets to your host country (from a
major international airport near your home)
-Comprehensive pre-departure information package
-Medical, travel and baggage insurance
-24 hour emergency support service
-Orientation package or seminar in the host country
-Transportation to your placement from the airport or seminar, provided by your host family
-Administration covering visa applications, placement, correspondence and named Contact Person
-Membership in the International Agricultural Exchange Association
