if you are not a citizen of the following countries, you should not apply for the MasterCard foundation scholarship. The MasterCard foundation scholarship program are only tenable in a few selected universities. The  MasterCard foundation awards lots of scholarships to outstanding students from poor background in sub-Sahara Africa every year.
