Pan-Atlantic University Mastercard Foundation Scholarship 2025: Fully Funded Opportunity for Aspiring Leaders
The Pan-Atlantic University (PAU) Mastercard Foundation Scholarship is a fully funded program designed to help talented undergraduates achieve their academic dreams and unlock their full potential. This prestigious scholarship covers full tuition, accommodation, living expenses, mentorship, leadership training, internships, and career support.
As the first Nigerian university to partner with the Mastercard Foundation on this impactful initiative, Pan-Atlantic University is committed to empowering 650 young scholars over the next decade.
Program Goals
The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at PAU is focused on:
- Expanding access to quality education: Supporting bright individuals to achieve their academic ambitions.
- Building future leaders: Nurturing entrepreneurial skills, leadership abilities, and a strong sense of social responsibility.
- Fostering career success: Preparing scholars for the professional world with internships, mentorship, and career guidance.

Eligibility Criteria for 2025
To qualify, applicants must:
- Show academic excellence
- Demonstrate leadership potential
- Prove financial need
- Be young women interested in STEM fields
- Be internally displaced youth
- Be young people with disabilities
- Show a strong commitment to community service
- Have passed WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB with 5 credits (including English and Mathematics) in no more than two sittings
- Have a UTME score of at least 220 (subjects: English Language + any 3 from Social Sciences, Arts, or Sciences)

How to Apply for the 2025 PAU Mastercard Scholarship
Step 1: Meet Academic Requirements
Minimum of 5 O’Level credits (Maths, English, and 3 other relevant subjects) in not more than two sittings.
Step 2: Submit the Interest Form
If you do not yet have your UTME result, fill out the Interest Form to start the screening process.
Step 3: Write JAMB UTME
Sit for the JAMB UTME and aim for a minimum score of 220.
Step 4: Complete the Online Application
Once you have your current UTME result, fill out the full application form and upload the required documents.
Step 5: Screening & Interviews
Applications will be reviewed and shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview (virtual or in-person).
Step 6: Admission & Scholarship Award
Successful applicants will receive admission into PAU and a formal scholarship offer under the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program.
