Sheffield Hallam University Transform Together Scholarships 2026
The Transform Together Scholarships at Sheffield Hallam University are open to non-UK international and EU students applying for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the next academic year. These exclusive and highly competitive awards are designed for students who demonstrate strong academic performance as well as personal or professional achievements.
Sheffield Hallam recently opened its new STEM Centre, a regional hub of excellence in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The centre is named in honour of Hertha Ayrton, a pioneering 19th-century engineer, mathematician, physicist, and inventor.

Eligibility Requirements (2026 Entry)
To apply for the Transform Together Scholarships, you must:

Be an international or EU (non-UK) fee-paying student.

Postgraduate applicants: Hold a minimum of a 2:1 (or international equivalent) in your undergraduate degree and meet the course’s English and academic requirements.

Undergraduate applicants: Meet the English and academic requirements for your chosen course. If awarded the scholarship, you must successfully complete each academic year to continue receiving the fee waiver.

Have accepted an offer for a full-time taught undergraduate or postgraduate course at Sheffield Hallam University.

Be fully self-funding your studies.

Be able to cover any additional course-related costs (e.g., field trips).
You are NOT eligible if you:

Are already receiving full or partial funding from another sponsor or scholarship provider.

Are studying a Sheffield Hallam course delivered through a partner institution.

Hold an offer for a Graduate Certificate International Pre-Masters or International Foundation Programme (in art, design, media, business, law, social sciences, or STEM). However, you may apply for a scholarship for the main course you progress to after completing a preparation programme.
Scholarship Benefits
The Transform Together Scholarship provides:

A 50% tuition fee waiver for postgraduate courses.

A 50% tuition fee waiver for each year of an undergraduate degree.

Scholarship recipients are expected to actively represent the University during their studies and beyond.
Terms & Conditions
Scholarships are highly competitive and awarded based solely on the details provided in the online application form.
Applicants must provide proof of their stated academic qualifications (transcript or certificate including GPA/percentage/CGPA) before the application deadline.
Your eight-digit Student Identifier (SI) number, issued after your course application is processed, must be included in your scholarship application. Applications without this number will not be considered.

Check your eligibility against the scholarship criteria.

Once you receive your Student Identifier (SI) number, submit your online scholarship application by 01 November 2025.

Email your academic transcripts to globalscholarshiptranscripts@shu.ac.uk

You will be notified of the outcome within one month of the deadline.

Successful scholars will receive a certificate to officially recognise their achievement at enrolment.
