Stanbic IBTC University Scholarship 2025
Stanbic IBTC is inviting applications for its annual University Scholarship, a flagship initiative designed to support the academic dreams of Nigerian undergraduates.
The 2025 Stanbic IBTC University Scholarship is a ₦160 million fund awarded to 200 students across all 36 states and the FCT. Each beneficiary will receive support throughout their undergraduate studies, reinforcing Stanbic IBTC’s commitment to promoting education, skill development, and the aspirations of Nigerian youths.
Scholarship Objective
The programme seeks to:
- Encourage academic excellence among Nigerian undergraduates.
- Provide financial support to students admitted into state and federal universities.
- Inspire resilience, hard work, and innovation in Nigeria’s next generation of leaders.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Reside in Nigeria.
- Have participated in the 2024 UTME conducted by JAMB.
- Achieve a minimum score of 200 in the UTME.
- Have gained admission and completed enrollment into a Nigerian Federal or State University.
- Maintain continuous enrollment in their admitted degree programme.
- Not be employees of Stanbic IBTC or their immediate family members.
Scholarship Benefits
- A total of ₦160 million in funding to support 200 Nigerian undergraduates for up to four academic years.
- Special consideration for applicants studying courses linked to the Future of Work (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, IT, Economics, Accounting, Finance, etc.).
Required Documents
Applicants must provide:
- UTME Result (clear copy).
- Admission Letter.
- O’Level Result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).
- Valid Government-Issued ID.
