The Federal Government of Nigeria is now accepting applications for the 2025 Presidential Amnesty Scholarship. This scholarship provides full financial support to eligible individuals seeking undergraduate or postgraduate education at selected Nigerian universities.
Designed as a core part of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), the scholarship aims to empower and reintegrate ex-agitators from the Niger Delta by providing access to quality tertiary education.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Presidential Amnesty Scholarship 2025, applicants must:
- Be an indigene of a Niger Delta state (Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Ondo, Imo, Rivers)
- Present a valid 2025 JAMB result (Only 2025/2026 JAMB results will be accepted)
- Apply as a new entrant into 100 level (for undergraduates) or for a Master’s degree
- Provide O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, or both) with a minimum of 5 credits including English and Mathematics
- Maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.5/5.0 or 2.0/4.0 each academic session to continue benefiting from the scholarship
- Demonstrate good conduct and comply with PAP regulations (scholarship can be withdrawn if rules are violated or false information is provided)
