The Iaelyon School of Management at Jean Moulin University Lyon 3 in France is offering an exciting opportunity through its prestigious IEIS Graduate School (International Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Society). Applications are now open for a fully funded 3-year PhD scholarship starting in October 2025.
PhD Focus: Management Sciences
This doctoral position is centered on research that explores the role of entrepreneurship and innovation in addressing societal challenges—including but not limited to:

Biodiversity

Smart and green urban development

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the PhD program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Hold a Master’s degree (Master 2 level) in Management Sciences or a closely related field, with a strong foundation in entrepreneurship (completed or currently in progress)

Have completed a research thesis within the last five years, or be in the final stages of completion

Demonstrate academic excellence

Show a strong interest in entrepreneurship and its societal impact

Possess language proficiency in English and/or French (minimum B2 level; TOEIC score of 785 or higher)

Candidates with international experience or backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply

Thesis proposal (maximum 4 pages, including references)

Master’s research paper or thesis (can be submitted later if still in progress)
