2025 Netherlands Government Holland Scholarship – Now Open for Applications
The Netherlands Government Holland Scholarship offers a unique opportunity for talented non-EEA international students to pursue bachelor’s or master’s degrees in the Netherlands. For the 2025 academic year, successful applicants will receive a €5,000 grant, awarded during their first year of study.
This prestigious scholarship is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, in partnership with several Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the 2025 Holland Scholarship, applicants must:

Hold a nationality outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

Apply for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program at a participating Dutch institution

Not hold a degree from a Dutch higher education institution
