The World Economic Forum (WEF) is inviting applications for its 2025 Early Career Program, offering 15 unique internship positions for emerging leaders to engage with global political, business, and societal leaders. Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the 2025 Early Career Program, applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree
- Have 0–2 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrate interest or experience in:
- Project and program management
- Leadership development
- Community or stakeholder engagement
- Be proficient in professional writing and content creation for digital platforms
- Have excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Be a digital native, comfortable using tools like MS Office, collaboration platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce is a plus)
Program Benefits
- 6-month full-time onsite contract at the World Economic Forum headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland
- Monthly stipend of $4,500 USD (gross)
