The Schulich foundation has spent over $100 million to fund scholarship programs to encourage top undergraduate students to achieve their potential. They scholarship grant funds over 50 undergraduate scholarships each year, across top Canadian universities.
The core eligibility criteria include:
- Financial need
- Academic excellence
- Outstanding community, business or entrepreneurial leaders
- Eligible programs:Bachelor of Science (Honors), Bachelor of Computing (Honours), Bachelor of Applied Science or Concurrent Education/Bachelor of Science Honours (BED/BSCH)
While qualified students are encouraged to apply,High Schools in Canada are permitted to nominate 1 (one) Schulich Leader nominee. Nominations must be submitted to the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto by February 1, 2017. Schulich Leader nominees will then have until February 22, 2017 to submit their application to UJA. Interested high school students should contact their school Guidance Counsellor for more details.
