This PhD student will use quantitative or mixed methods to investigate how to optimise the performance and uptake of colorectal cancer screening in the UK. The PhD may particularly consider disadvantaged communities, but there is some flexibility in the research question and scope dependent on the studentâs interests and previous experience.

Funding Details: full fees for the successful candidate along with a tax free maintenance allowance in line with Research Council UK standard stipend (Â£13,726 for the previous year 2013/14)
