The University invites applications for a Training Fellowship open to Allied Health Professionals, which is tenable for a period of 1 year full-time or two years part-time. Salary will be in the range of £30,764 – £47,088 per annum according to relevant experience.

You will have the choice of 2 projects, and will be based within the Manchester Academy of Health Sciences incorporating The University of Manchester, Central Manchester Foundation Trust and Salford Royal Foundation Trust. The exact location will depend on the project selected by you at interview. The posts are funded by the NIHR Manchester Musculoskeletal Biomedical Research Unit and the projects complement the aim of the BRU, which is ‘Treat arthritis: Right first time’.

Appointments will be for 12 months full-time or 24 months part-time (50% FTE) with registration to complete an MPhil. During this time, you will be encouraged to work with their supervisor and The University of Manchester Faculty Fellowship Academy Team to apply for one or more external fellowships that facilitates transfer to complete a PhD.
