Master’s Programs in Economics, 2014/2015

“ For me, studying at CEU has brought together
theoretical knowledge and real-life situations
and data. The latter is especially important since
it is often neglected in academic education. The
combination of theory and practical application
has helped me gain a completely new and more
focused view on economic issues. What I really
appreciate about the Economics Department is
how we deal with one another. We have very open
and deep discussions in class. I have even had
disagreements with professors but I don’t feel that
it’s a bad thing, rather an opportunity for genuine
discussion with a teaching partner. ”
