To be eligible for the Isabel Loucks Foster Public Health Scholarship Fund, Candidates must be full-time students engaged in post-graduate study in a field of Public/Community Health Practice within an applicable discipline (e.g. nurses, nutritionists, environmental health officers, etc.).

Candidates must be ordinarily resident and practising in B.C., who demonstrate a commitment to remain in B.C., must have demonstrated excellence in performance and leadership ability and studies may be undertaken at any suitable educational institution either within or outside British Columbia. Applications must be accompanied by a current C.V., proof of acceptance or enrollment in an appropriate program, future goals and intentions within public/community health and any other relevant information.
