Project Title: Understanding and Enhancing Attention Using Transcranial Alternating Current Stimulation and Electroencephalography

The project aims to understand and enhance sustained attention using non-invasive brain stimulation and electroencephalography and will involve examining the link between sustain attention, brain oscillations and non-invasive brain stimulation to modify brain oscillations and improved attentional abilities. Selection criteria

Applicants will need to satisfy the criteria for acceptance to the DPhil programme, and should be enthusiastic, well-motivated and be able to work independently and part of a collaborative research team. They should have a good upper second or first-class degree and also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong statistical knowledge, and experience in running psychological experiments.
