Film, Television and Media Studies at the University of East Anglia
In the School of Film, Television and Media Studies we believe passionately that if things are popular they are important, so on our degrees you explore the history and theory of popular film, television and other media, and the cultural and creative contexts in which they are produced and consumed.
We also think one of the best ways to study?creativity?is by making things, so on all our degrees you have the opportunity to make films, work in a television studio and write screenplays. Our courses are taught by scholars with a reputation for?world leading research?and by practitioners who have made?award winning?BBC documentaries and written scripts for Hollywood films.
