Estates Services, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, Oxford
Oxford University Estates Services seek an experienced Facilities and Services Manager to support the Senior Facilities Manager delivering FM services across our developing Radcliffe Observatory Quarter. The role will initially be based in the new Blavatnik School of Government, due to open in September 2015 but will extend to supporting colleagues in other University buildings across Oxford.
This is a new and exciting opportunity and the role is expected to develop as the FM team and the customer learns to utilise and operate the new building at its optimum.
The successful candidate will manage a small team of facilities staff offering a diverse range of ‘soft’ building services to multiple ‘user’ customers with an objective of delivering excellent customer service. Service levels vary from building to building in accordance to operational need but will follow the agreed FM strategy.
The postholder will have relevant experience in delivering day-to-day FM services, with a customer focused approach.
The postholder will form part of the Estates Services FM Management team and will be expected to support strategic objectives for this growing service.
