Value and Purpose of the Award:

Following a successful bid to the European Commission as part of the ATLANTIC FUTURE project, the School of Management and Business seeks a qualified candidate to act as a research assistant. This post can be combined with a PhD related to the work undertaken for the ATLANTIC FUTURE project.

The work package headed by Aberystwyth is ‘Economy and Trade’ and applications are sought from individuals with an interest in international trade, business and investment in the Atlantic region. An interest in Latin America (including an ability to speak Spanish) is an advantage.

Recipients will have been accepted to read for a PhD at the School of Management. The value for the scholarship is £13,500 per year for three years and covers EU/UK tuition fees (£3900 per year) plus an allowance for living and research expenses.
