Brampton student has won the CIBC Youthvission Award
Rhea Verma ,a Grade 10 Brampton student has won the CIBC Youthvission Award valued at a $38,000. The CIBC Youthvision Scholarship is awarded to high-potential students across Canada to support them with the pursuit of their post-secondary education.

Rhea Verma is a student at Chinguacousy Secondary School Brampton. According to her “It gives me great happiness and satisfaction to realize that I have been selected for the CIBC Youthvision Scholarship,” said Verma. “I express my sincere gratitude to CIBC to support the foundation of my dreams and provide me with wings to fly towards the achievement of my goals.”
The CIBC Youthvision scholarships are run in partnership with the YMCA and Big Brothers Big Sisters and valued upwards of $38,000 each.
The scholarship was setup to attract and encourage high calibre students in high schools who are distracted by bullies, financial pressures and other challenges to help them focus on their education
