The Paul Desmarais Center for the Study of French Culture is accepting M.A., Ph.D. and post-doctoral students from the Faculties of Social Sciences, Humanities and Law at the Hebrew University to apply for research scholarships (of ca 10,000 NIS each) on topics related to: literature, culture and thought in France and in Francophone worlds.
At the end of the year, recipients are to submit a paper of approximately 30 pages in English, summarizing the results of their work, approved by a senior faculty member and ready for publication. They must contain:
- Application form (can be downloaded from www.ef.huji.ac.il)
- CV
- Description of the research topic, its purpose and anticipated results (max. 2 pages)
- Description of the state of research, exemplified by a short bibliographical list (max. 4 pages)
- List of publications (if relevant)
- Record of studies
- Recommendation of a senior faculty member will be sent by the recommender directly to efscholarships@savion.huji.ac.il.
